A. At around 03:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant intruded by the victim K’s house located in Gangnam-siJ, through the window of the living room that was not corrected, and then 150,000 won in the market price at the present place, one yellow color bank equivalent to 49,000 won in the market price, one cash 20,000 won in the market price, five copies of the agricultural product right of only KRW 5,50 in the agricultural product right of only KRW 4,00 in the conventional market merchandise coupons, four in the market price, 10,000 won in the market price, one car driver’s license in the victim’s name, and one husband’s husband’s name.
