Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's wooden branch on November 8, 2010. On January 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 10 months and suspension of execution for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On February 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a BA6 U.S. car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 1k-m alcohol concentration of 0.117% in blood, from the French road located in the ancient-dong in the ancient-dong in ScUo system to the front road in the upper-dong in the cUo-dong in the macrosi-si.
