A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) driving a G Mart car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.148%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the dys and coffee on the dys and coffee road located in the Go-dong at the ancient city, to the front road of the 100-meter section from the dys and coffee shop at the ancient city.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by illegally using another person’s resident registration number and name of the Defendant, who was under a prior demand to present his/her identification card, as the date and time, at the same place as stated in paragraph 1, and was under influence by driving alcohol at the same time and at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1, and was under the influence of the Defendant’s resident registration number.

3. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) conducted a alcohol test at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around 23:45; (b) followed the Defendant’s request for signature on the statement of the circumstances of the driver employed at the State; (c) stated that he/she himself/herself was the J J in his/her name; and (d) stated that he/she was the J in his/her sexual name on the part of the driver’s confirmation on the above report; and (c) issued the same to the said I, who was aware of the forgery, the part of the column of the driver’s confirmation on the written statement of the driver employed at the State that was forged, as seen above, was genuine and exercised.
