1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) (1) Of Ulsan-gun C Forest land 909 square meters, the attached drawings indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On July 17, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) determined the site area of approximately 120 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. C Forest and about 909 square meters and approximately 853 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., which is owned by the Defendant from the Defendant, after surveying the site area; (b) paid the down payment at KRW 3,00,000; and (c) written a document that purchases the balance at KRW 70,000 per square meter.

The Plaintiff paid KRW 3,000,000 to the Defendant around that time.

2. The assertion and judgment
