Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was asked to receive a request to present identification card from a policeman F, who was arrested to cross the D main office in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the E District Police Station Ear, the Suwon-gu, the Suwon-gu, the Police Station, to request the presentation of identification card; and (b) was in the vicinity of the police station without complying therewith.

As a result, the defendant made a person uneasy by very rough words or actions, which are frighten to go through.

2. On October 29, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, around 02:30, committed assault by F, at the above location, such as: (a) the Defendant’s failure to comply with the request by F to present an identification card on the suspicion of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses, such as Paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of the same Article; and (b) the F’s failure to arrest the Defendant on the charge of the above suspicion; (c) the Defendant’s hand f’s hand f to resist it; and (d) the Defendant’s hand f’s left-hand hand f’s hand to resist it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the act of crime.
