Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant purchased, under the name of wife F, a 49 square meters in Gangseo-gun E 49 square meters, which includes part of a road to be used for mineral transport, among the disputes over the issue of the transfer price, when transferring the mining concession right of Gangwon-gun B mine to the State C (Representative D).

On October 7, 2012, the Defendant, among roads used by the said company for mineral transport on the ground that part of the transfer price was not paid at around 09:00, the Defendant obstructed the traffic by breaking 3.6 meters out of 5 meters in width of 5.5 meters from the street, using a clicker, on the roads in which the Defendant purchased in the said company’s name, on the ground that he did not pay part of the transfer price, and used it for mineral transport in the said company.

2. (C) From November 201, 201 to the Gangwon-gun Mining, the 15 tons of the tin is being produced and transported at 12 times a day to the field factory of the Young-gun C&C Co., Ltd. to the 15 tons of the tin.

On October 7, 2012, the Defendant, on the ground that at around 09:00 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant was unable to receive part of the transfer price from the said Section 1, thereby interfering with the mineral transport business of the said Section by force, by putting 3.6 meters out of 5.5 meters in width of the road included in the 499 square meters of forest land in the Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was purchased in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant for mineral transport.

3. G entered into a contract for forest restoration projects in (State)C in September 2012, Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul-gun, with the trade name of “H”.

G conducted a forest restoration project, using one spawre and two 15 tons dump trucks, he/she conducted an afforestation and storage work.

Among the equipment put at a construction site, dump trucks were operated twice a day from the construction site to the Yeongdeungpo-si.

around 06:00 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant found G as a construction site where G performed the forest restoration work, and called to collect equipment in advance to prevent access roads.

And at around 09:00 on the same day G restores the forest.
