1. On April 201, 2012, the Defendant issued the monthly branch of the Chuncheon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in the attached Table 1’s attached hereto to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff and the defendant are legally married couple who completed the marriage report on December 29, 2005.
B. Around March 31, 2004, the Defendant entered into a contract with C to purchase KRW 850,000,000 for the purchase of KRW 850,000 for the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do and eight parcels. On December 22, 2004, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer as to KRW 3,730,00,000, which is included in the above sales contract.
C. On November 2, 2005, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land above E by Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu Branch No. 13871, Nov. 8, 2005. The land above E was divided into the real estate No. 1 and No. 2 on April 30, 2007.
The Plaintiff completed each registration of preservation of ownership on May 26, 2010, each of the real estates listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 and 2, and Nos. 3244, received on March 14, 2007, and each of the real estates listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 5451, received on May 26, 2010.
E. On October 22, 2007, the Plaintiff registered its business with the trade name “F” as the location of the place of business in Gangseo-gu, Young-gun, Gangwon-gun, and then changed the trade name on April 6, 2009 to “G”, and each movable property listed in the separate sheet 2 (hereinafter “instant movable property”) purchased or created in the course of the Plaintiff’s operation of the said farmland.
F. On September 6, 2011, the Defendant: (a) forged a “transfer/acquisition of business” in the name of the Plaintiff in the name of the Defendant and filed a report with the head of Young-gu on the succession to the status of the said head of the Gun to the effect that the said operator was changed from the Plaintiff to the “G” to the “H”; (b) forged a “donation contract” in the name of the Plaintiff and forged the “donation contract” in the name of the Defendant, thereby forging each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 Real Estate List in the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
