1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. A) Defendant B married with Defendant A around 2008, Defendant A entered into the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff on December 14, 2010 where: (a) the first person of the People’s Republic of China was naturalizationed on November 30, 201 as the Republic of Korea; and (b) Defendant B entered into the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and the beneficiary of the insurance proceeds other than death.
B. In the event of an insurance accident, Defendant A received hospital treatment for 239 days in total from May 9, 201 to October 16, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table 2, including the fact that he/she received hospital treatment at DNA due to symptoms of 15 days from May 9, 2011 to May 23, 201, for the 15 days, due to the chrodin and tension, salt sale, and tension.
C. Insurance money received from the insurance company including the Plaintiff due to the insurance accident (hereinafter “instant insurance accident”) as seen earlier under each of the insurance contracts maintained at the time of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract or concluded after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract among the insurance contracts concluded between Defendant A and the beneficiary of insurance money as the insured of the Defendant A, and the insurance money received by the Defendant A as mentioned below [Attachment 1].
