1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 25, 2007, Defendant A entered into the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and the beneficiary of the non-life insurance.

The policyholder of the instant insurance was changed to Defendant B on June 5, 2009.

(C) At the time of entering into the instant insurance contract, the Defendant reported the marriage on July 30, 2015.

Defendant A, who had an insurance accident, was hospitalized for 981 days in total at each hospital during the period from September 27, 2007 to October 8, 2007, as stated in the attached Table 2, including that he/she was hospitalized in C hospital due to symptoms of an acute eromatic disease accompanied by food infection, and that he/she was hospitalized in C hospital due to symptoms of an eromatic disease accompanied by food infection, and as stated in the attached Table 2.

C. The insurance contracts maintained at the time of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract or concluded after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, among the insurance contracts concluded by Defendant A as the insured by Defendant A and the insurance proceeds received from the insurance companies including the Plaintiff due to the above insurance accidents (hereinafter “instant insurance accidents”) as seen earlier under each of the above insurance contracts (hereinafter “instant insurance accidents”), are as follows [Attachment 1].
