A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. “A driver without a driver’s license” of the 2018 Highest 729- On February 9, 2018 and around 12:57 on February 12, 2018, the Defendant driven, respectively, a car in the D Alh page without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of his/her residence in D, which was located in D on February 15, 2018, to the front of his/her building in Hanma-ro 1-38 at the same hour from the front of his/her residence in D around the same hour.

2. On July 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of road traffic laws at the Seoul Western District Court on July 7, 2010. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 5 million won for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year for a violation of road traffic laws (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court's Goyang Branch on April 7, 2017.

[2] The Defendant: (a) had a drinking driving force twice or more, but around November 23:3, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with D Alb while under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.206% of alcohol concentration in blood without a driver’s license from the front side of the second apartment house in the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on November 23:3, 2017 to the front road of the second apartment house in the same city Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) from around 1km to 227:
