A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won on July 28, 2005 as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a fine of three million won on September 29, 2008 at the Busan District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a fine of one million won on July 16, 2010 by the Busan District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a fine of one million won on July 16, 2010, and a fine of eight million won on November 9, 2016 by the Busan District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

Although the Defendant had a drinking driving force twice or more, on February 11, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:09, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with approximately KRW 200 meters distance from the front apartment road (on the site of the apartment construction site of this apartment) located in the Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu without the driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.135%.

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo on March 15, 2018, at a distance of about 15km from 15km to 8.2km on the road in front of the Korean environment located in the Sinsan-si of Busan Metropolitan City to the road located in the Dong-dong of the Sinsan-si, Yangsan-si.
