A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months due to night building intrusion theft at the district court in Gyeyang Branch, and on March 26, 2009, at the Seoul Central District Court sentenced on March 26, 2009, one year and six months to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, which became final and conclusive on the same day, and the said judgment became final and conclusive, the said suspended sentence becomes void and the execution of the said sentence was completed on December 14, 2010.

At around 19:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen or attempted to steal the goods managed by the victim in the same manner at the same place between February 12, 2014 and 68 times in total in the same manner at the same place, including the victim’s “Switzerland smuggling” in the victim’s management, which had been displayed at the same place by taking advantage of the gaps where surveillance was neglected; (b) the Defendant had a total of KRW 35,00,000 of the market price of the victim’s clothes, such as the face value of the victim’s “Switzerland smuggling” in the victim’s management, which was displayed at the same place.

At around 15:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the sum of KRW 4,435,600, totaling KRW 315,00 in the book value of the victim’s “high wave” in the “G” store located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance; and (b) subsequently stolen it from that time until February 11, 2014, as indicated in the list of crimes (2) in the same manner, at the same place as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form 315 books.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals another's property.
