Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2013, at around 21:55, the Defendant was informed of the pedal in front of the “D” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, and was subject to a slope F belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station E-gu, Incheon, and the removal from G.

피고인은 위 F와 G에게 ‘왜 저쪽 편만 드냐 개새끼들아, 시팔 좃같네, 끝까지 가보자. 내 아들도 경찰관이야 십새끼들아’라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 그들의 멱살을 잡아 흔들어 외근조끼를 찢는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 질서유지에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
