Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2017, at around 22:55, the Defendant, within Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu B and 2, and reported that money was lost by the Defendant, and confirmed whether money was stolen or stolen within the said establishment through CCTV images installed within the said establishment, the Defendant used the so-called “Ah”-called “Ah” test, and assaulted the Defendant, “Ahh, e, e, spath, and spath must be seen as a police officer,” and “Ahhhhhhh’s face should be read as a police officer,” and the Defendant committed assault, such as spathing the police boo by spathing the fat.
