A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle from D New R&A

On August 19, 2009, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On August 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months.

Despite the fact that the Defendant was punished twice or more for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act as above, the Defendant is running ahead of a F cafeteria located in the Sinbuk-gun E in the front of the Donbuk-gun, the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.
