A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On July 13, 2018, at around 09:23, the Defendant installed a camera in a female toilet to take a female female female toilet in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to take a Kamera in a female toilet.
