Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the ground that he/she had completed the execution of the said sentence in the North Korean Vocational Training Prison on April 1, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded, possessed, and administered the Metetop cloper who is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “copon”) as follows.

A. On October 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 5g 1.2 million from D private raina located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, about 16:00, the date in order of October 2016 to 1.2 million.

B. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on the same day, injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased, such as “A”, into a single-time drinking farm, and injected them into his arms by dilution with water.

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from G to receive KRW 200,000 from G, and purchased approximately KRW 0.5g 70,000,000,000 from the person who was not his/her name, in the vicinity of the south-gu Jeju Island on the same day, around 11:30 on the same day, and purchased approximately KRW 0.5g 7,000,00 from the person who was not his/her name, to G in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H shooting on the same day.

The Defendant, at the same day, injected approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased as “(D)” at the residence of the F located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu E, and injected them by means of dilution with water.

E. On December 3, 2016, around 09:30 on December 3, 2016, the Defendant was placed in a manner that keeps approximately 0.01g of opon in the K Scular phone located in the Jcular road located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, in the blue hand room.

F. On January 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones into one-time drinking fraud at the residence of F located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; and (b) put them into water.
