A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at a mutual drinking house called “F” operated by E in Thai-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, for the purpose of reporting the victim G (the age of 50) who drinking alcohol on the side table, and following the female, was able to commit rape.
