A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

From February 2016, the Defendant was in a relationship with the victim D (V, 23 years of age).

1. On June 27, 2016, the Defendant injured the victim on June 27, 2016: (a) around the night, the Defendant 2016: (b) took the victim’s face at the alcohol house located in Yangsan-dong, Gwangju; (c) took drinking together with his/her friendship Erops; and (d) taken the taxi on June 27, 2016, and her own fright at around 0:2:24, the day following the 20th day; (b) took the fright of the victim on the ground that he/she expressed her fright at the house; (c) taken the fright of the victim’s face at the port in the regular zone; (d) took the fright of the victim’s face at the right-hand fright of the victim; (d) took the fright of the victim’s face at the right-hand fright of the victim’s fright and fright of the victim’s face at the 3rd fright.

2. On November 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the said victim was seated at the seat of his/her female on November 20, 2016, around H stations located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) opened a driver’s seat and forced the victim to sit in the seat of his/her female; and (c) confirmed the monetary records of his/her cell phone phone 6 flus by cutting off the flus from his/her cell phone; and (d) confirmed that he/she drinks with another male and drinking alcohol.
