1. On August 23, 2012, around 20:50, the Defendant, at the “D” conference located in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, (hereinafter “D”), lent a small amount of money by accessing the Internet hosting site third club (me. dayscl.com). The Defendant opened a hosting room called “50.500”, and concluded a false statement that “The victim E, who entered the holding room, may borrow KRW 500,000 upon paying a small amount of money with a mobile phone.”

In fact, however, even if the victim receives small payment from the victim, there was no intention or ability to lend 500,000 won.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received the victim’s cell phone number(G), resident registration number(H) from the victim’s male-friendly cell phone number(G), and used it on August 23, 2012, and used it on August 23, 2012, and around 20:55 on the same day, the Defendant charged the victim with the game money equivalent to KRW 189,270 in total on two occasions at the Internet network website (www.pmang.com).

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, has taken property benefits equivalent to 189,270 won in total.

2. No one shall use any third person's resident registration number unlawfully;

Nevertheless, around August 2012, the Defendant joined the Internet hosting site Stp club (htp:/me. sypb.com) as a member in an influence room located in the two sub-dongs of Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and used the K as a resident registration number of I in a de facto marital relationship prior to that time, and used it unlawfully.

3.(a)

On September 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 10, 2012, at the Domoel located in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant reported and contacted the mobile phone microcredit advertisements posted by the Defendant on the Internet hosting site third club; and (b) should first create an ID available for access to the network site and purchase a small-sum game machine and inquire into the credit limit.

The resident registration number, mobile phone number, and certification number transmitted to mobile phone shall be notified.
