A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed on May 13, 2018: (a) around May 13, 2018, at around 02:19, at the “E store” for the operation of the Victim D in Gyeyang-gu Seoul located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) opened an open door and intruded into and keep the cash in the account room; and (c) up to KRW 6.80,000,000, in total, owned by the victim.

2. The Defendant committed the crime on May 22, 2018: (a) around 03:32 around May 22, 2018; (b) up to 200,000 won in total of the cash owned by the victim D, when opening an open door and intrusioning into the said place and keeping the cash located in the said place.

3. The Defendant committed the crime on May 23, 2018: (a) around 00:51 around May 23, 2018; and (b) around 00:51 around 1, 2018, up to KRW 30,000,000, total amount of cash owned by the victim D, when opening an open door and being intruded into the said place and keeping the cash in the said place.

4. The Defendant committed on June 3, 2018: (a) around 23:30 on June 3, 2018, at the “H” store operated by the Victim G located in Gyeyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, Youngyang-gu; (b) opened a window behind the building that was not locked and intruded into and stored in the calculation unit; and (c) deposited cash worth worth KRW 1.90,000,000, owned by the victim.

5. The Defendant committed on June 5, 2018: (a) around 05:30 on June 5, 2018, the Defendant came to the “K store” for the operation of the Victim J in Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I located in Seoyang-gu I; (b) opened a tent door and intrudes into and keep the cash in the account room; and (c) took 65,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

6. The Defendant committed on June 6, 2018: (a) around 04:30 on June 6, 2018, at the “N store” for the operation of the victim M in Gyeyang-gu L, Young-gu; (b) opened an unlocked back door and intrudes into and keep the cash stored in the account book, thereby taking up KRW 400,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 1,565,00 from the victims on a total of six occasions.
