A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 3, 4, or 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. From June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 01:40 on June 16, 2017, at the top of Eart operated by the Victim D located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) cut the knife knife of the knife, which was in possession of the victim D; and (c) cut the cable connected to the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit, into the knife, cut the cable into the knife, and then cancelled the corrective device of the credit cooperative; and (d) cut

2. Around 02:00 on June 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the H cafeteria operated by Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Victim G; and (b) intruded into it; (c) laid his hand in a knife, who had an electric cable connected to the credit cooperative to open the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit of the place; and (d) laid down his hand on the wind coming from the said restaurant by the knife; and (c) did not commit an attempted crime.

As such, the Defendant attempted to steals a property by impairing a structure managed by a victim at night, but did not bring about such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.

3. From June 22, 2017, at around 03:50 on June 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50, the Defendant was in possession of the victim J in the I building of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for a tent with a knick knife, which was in possession of the rear door of the restaurant; and (b) the Defendant intruded into the knife with a knife, thrown the knife into the floor; and (c) 50,00

In other words, they stolen them.

The defendant shall destroy one safe owned by the victim, the market price of which is equivalent to 300,000 won, and part of the structure managed by the victim at night.
