A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of eight hundred thousand won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

B as a licensed real estate agent, the broker who operates the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Yangyang-si, Nam-si, and the defendant A is the brokerage assistant of the above Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.

1. No defendant B shall allow another person to provide brokerage services using his/her name or trade name, or transfer or lend his/her brokerage office registration certificate to another person;

Nevertheless, around December 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the above D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, had a brokerage assistant A prepare a contract using the above D’s trade name and affix the seal of the licensed real estate agent, etc.

2. Defendant A

(a) No person shall provide brokerage services using another person's name or trade name, or use another person's brokerage office registration certificate by transfer or lending;

Nevertheless, around December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around December 30, 2013, the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office used the B’s “D” trade name; (b) prepared a contract and affixed the seal of the licensed real estate agent.

(b) No person other than a licensed real estate agent shall use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto;

Nevertheless, around December 30, 2013, the Defendant used the name similar to that of a licensed real estate agent, such as keeping the name “D” as the representative of the said licensed real estate agent’s office, and delivering it to customers, etc., in the place of the above D Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office.
