Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a broker who has registered the establishment of a brokerage office with the trade name called “D” in Daegu Suwon-gu, a licensed real estate agent and operates a brokerage business.

No licensed real estate agent who has registered a brokerage office shall allow another person to provide brokerage services using his/her name or trade name.

On May 2012, the Defendant agreed to use the office of the Defendant to conduct brokerage business without being registered at the above office, and to allow the commercial party B to use the office of the Defendant’s licensed real estate agent and the broker registered with the Defendant to conduct brokerage business using the name of the real estate agent and the trade name of the broker registered with the Defendant, and the commercial party B agreed to pay 20 percent of the brokerage commission for each transaction that the Defendant broker broker broker broker broker broker broker broker and the broker broker.

On June 4, 2012, the above B, “G” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, which was requested by E to act as a broker at the above office, had H use the Plaintiff’s real estate agent’s name and registration broker’s name on 20 occasions over 20 occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and had H engage in brokerage business by allowing B to use the Defendant’s real estate agent’s name and registration broker’s name on 20 occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. Defendant B is neither a licensed real estate agent nor a person who has registered as a brokerage assistant without having registered the establishment of a brokerage office.

When anyone intends to run a brokerage business, he/she shall register the brokerage business after obtaining qualification as a licensed real estate agent, and when he/she intends to assist another person's brokerage business, he/she shall register it as a brokerage assistant and guide the site of the object of brokerage and general affairs
