A fine of KRW 3,00,00 shall be imposed for the crimes of the No. 1 and No. 2 of the ruling, and the No. 3 of the ruling, respectively.

1. On April 2, 2007, the Defendant: (a) entered into a check contract with the NAFF and made a transaction of household checks; (b) around May 20, 2012, at the Internet shopping mall office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, issued one copy of the household check in the Defendant’s name, the par value of which is three million won on October 20, 2012; and (c) from that time until June 15, 2012, the Defendant issued KRW 19 and KRW 57 million in the household check in the same place as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1) at the same time until June 15, 2012.

2. From April 2, 2007, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Nonghyup Central Branch and the Defendant from around 2, 2007, and traded household checks.

On September 30, 2012, the Defendant issued four copies of the household check in the Defendant’s name at C Internet shopping mall offices located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, including the check number “E,” the check amount “3,00,000,000,” the date of issuance “F,” “F,” “F,000,000,” “date of issuance,” “G number”, “G number,” “G number,” “3,000,000,000,” “date of issuance,” “H”, “H”, “H,00,00”, “3,00,000,00”, and “date of issuance, February 28, 2013” under the Defendant’s name. The bearer of the said check issued four copies of the check at the bank on March 4, 2013, when payment was made.

However, the Defendant did not pay the check in free transaction.

3. On April 2, 2007, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the National Agricultural Cooperatives Federation of The ACF and traded household checks under the name of the Defendant.

On July 31, 2012, the Defendant issued one check number I, par value I, 3,000,000 won, and the date of issuance “the Bank's household check in the name of the Defendant on December 31, 2012,” at a C office operated by the Defendant in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
