Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, from May 16, 2013 to June 25, 2015, the Defendant received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 202,400 over 18 times in total, including the receipt of insurance benefits by notifying the stolen person of his/her resident registration number after being provided medical treatment at a total of 11 medical care institutions, such as members of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu C, members of the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, E members, etc., and being provided with medical treatment.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, the defendant obtained medical treatment from a hospital and illegally used F's resident registration number by notifying the hospital of F's resident registration number of the person who stolen in the name of the victim over 31 times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
