Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means;

Nevertheless, on August 28, 2014, the Defendant received the health insurance benefits of KRW 126,720,00 in total 13 times from around that time to November 6, 2017, including having the National Health Insurance Corporation pay KRW 10,830,00, after receiving outpatient treatment using D’s name and resident registration number using D’s name and resident registration number.

2. No resident registration number of any third person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall be used unlawfully;

Nevertheless, the defendant, like paragraph 1, unlawfully informed the employee in charge of receipt of D'C member's resident registration number to the employee in charge of receipt.
