Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant against the victim B posted a notice to the effect that “E” is sold by accessing the Internet used goods transaction site using a mobile phone at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeonggi-si Co., Ltd., and around March 31, 2020, the Defendant sent two opphones to the victim B who reported and contacted the above notice.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 6,40,000 won from the victim to the F account (G) in the name of the Defendant on April 1, 2020. On April 6, 2020, the Defendant acquired the money from the victim H by transfer from the victim to the F account (G) in the name of the Defendant. On April 1, 2020, the Defendant had access to the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeonggi-ju Co., Ltd and D, Ltd., and had access to the “E”, which is a mobile phone, a transaction site of goods used on the Internet.
