A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:00 on August 12, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim D and the victim E (tentative name) incurred within the sobrying c “C” on the first floor underground of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment, Seongdong-gu, and took part in the victims.

Around 01:20 on January 14, 2018, the Defendant discovered out that the Victim K (tentative name) was locked within the 3rd soup bank set up in Cheongju-si, Seowon-gu, Seowon-si, Seowon-si, and that both arms were cut back to the lower part of the victim’s leg, and then the victim’s bridge and launchings were cut back to a hands.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a densely concentrated place.
