A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 783"

1. On March 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:05, on the electric car of operating subway 2 lines of subway lines in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; (b) seated on the right side of the victim E (V, 23 years old); (c) laid down the Defendant’s moving knee and left hand; and (d) laid down the Defendant’s moving knee; and (c) laid down the victim’s right buckbucks.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the electric car, which is a place where the public is concentrated.

2. On the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) 10:10 on a day before operating a routeF station, such as the preceding paragraph, left side of the victim G (e.g., 26 years old); (b) she was seated on the left side of the victim G (e.g., she knee and knee kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kbbbbbs.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the electric car, which is a place where the public is concentrated.

"2016 Highest 927"

1. On February 5, 2016, around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) was seated in the front-time train in the vicinity of subway No. 2 in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to drive the subway No. 2 in the vicinity of the subway No. 3 in Songpa-gu; (b) was seated on the side of the victim I (the victim I, 23 years old); and (c) was kneeing down the Defendant’s kne, resulting in the victim’s buck.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the electric car, which is a place where the public is concentrated.

2. The Defendant continued to flee at the above place, and the Defendant assaulted the victim by leaving the victim’s chest and leaving the victim’s chest behind him/her about two times with his/her hand floor.

3. On February 27, 2016, the Defendant, around 09:10, operated the subway 2 lines located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from the J Station to the sexual water station located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was seated on the side of the Victim K (V, 25 years old) and kneeed the Defendant’s kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-k
