Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.091% on blood alcohol level around 23:30 on February 4, 2014, and operated B rocketing car at approximately 500 meters from the front of the Gunar Station to the same 76-ro 28-ro, Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
