Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2014, at around 22:59, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.061% from the Do in front of the Seoyangdong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of about 49 (Self-Hayangdong) of the same Gu.
