Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2014, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.070% on blood alcohol level on March 26, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said car from the roads on the 2km in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to the Gun guard located in 500 meters from the roads on the Gun guard.
