Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants A and B (special larceny and special larceny) conspired to divide profits by stealing electric lines, etc. used as construction materials while returning to the construction site of the building in Gyeyang and Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and selling them, as they were in lack of money to be used in daily living expenses, etc. while leaving the building without a certain import around August 2018.

On August 25, 2018, around 23:00, the Defendants came to the site of the construction of the building E in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City on August 25, 2018, and went to the second floor through the entrance that was not corrected with C, and used approximately 50 electric lines covering approximately KRW 3.2 million at the victim F-owned market price, which was located there, and cut off the Defendants’ car in the vicinity.

In addition, from around that time to November 26, 2018, Defendants were committed a theft or attempted to commit a theft in combination with C and G over a total of ten times, such as the attached Table 1, from around that time to around November 26, 2018.

As a result, the Defendants committed an attempted theft or theft of the victims' property in collaboration with C and G.

2. Around August 25, 2018, Defendant C (special larceny) came to the scene of the construction of a new building E-building in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, which was conducted on August 25, 2018, and intruded into the second floor parking lot via a gate not corrected with A and B, and 50,000 won of electric wires, which were owned by the victim F, and cut off to a nearby Defendant and A’s car.

In addition, from around that time to September 26, 2018, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 23.8 million, together with A and B, as shown in Appendix 1 Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 5, from around that time, throughout four times.
