Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) stolen steel materials stored in the construction site, etc. using vehicles owned by Defendant A; (b) and conspired to raise living expenses by selling them on the water; and (c) Defendant A and Defendant B habitually committed the following crimes.

1. As a result, Defendant A and Defendant B stolen the victims’ property jointly.
