A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes with C;

A. 2. On September 2009, the Defendant committed a joint crime with K, accompanied by K, went to a construction site of Lancheon-si Lancheon-si Lan-si, in order to implement the construction work, and the Defendant carried about about 10 tons of a 15 ton dump truck operated by the said K using a cump gun with the amount of 3 million won at the market price stored by the victim F for the construction work.
