1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from January 20, 2018 to February 15, 2019 to the Plaintiff Company A, and from January 20, 2018 to February 15, 2019.

1. Basic facts

가. 원고 주식회사 A(이하 ‘원고 회사’)는 ‘J'라는 상호로 문화 컨텐츠 사업, 공연기획 등을 주로 하는 회사로서 2017. 5. 3. 서울 K에서 유명 힙합 가수인 L 등 국내외 다수의 가수를 초청하여 ‘M(M, 이하 ’이 사건 공연‘)’를 개최하였다.

B. On April 26, 2017, with the Defendant, the Plaintiff Company entered into a contract for the promotion of cultural events and the provision of N system (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the content that: (a) designating Defendant Company as an official partner in the instant performance, etc.; (b) installing an access management system by using N Card; and (c) allowing the payment by exclusive use of N, which is the prepaid electronic card, from the food and beverage father in the performance hall.

Under the instant contract, the Defendant Company installed 7 n charging terminals for credit cards, 12 n charging terminals for cash, and 28 n settlement terminals at the event site.

다. 이 사건 공연은 2017. 5. 3. 13:00경부터 23:00경까지 10시간 가량 약 11,000명의 관객이 입장한 가운데 이루어졌고, 유명 힙합 가수들이 공연을 계속 이어가고 관객들은 술과 음식을 먹어가면서 공연을 즐기는 방식으로 진행되었다.
