A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken pictures against the victim’s will against the victim’s body during the third side of the third side of the passenger toilets located in the third floor of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the third side of the left side, in which the victim C (V30 mobile phones) entered, and carried out the functions of the victim’s cell line, which is the Defendant’s possession, from the third side of the passenger toilets located in the third side of the building in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant taken up the part of the passenger camera V30 mobile phones, which is the Defendant, using the upper upper side of the screen screen behind the front side where the victim is the victim of the mobile phone; and (b) taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will during the five-day period from August 15, 2019 to December 14:56, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the mobile phone camera function against the victims' will.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (including 20 years of age) invadeds on the victim C (or the victim’s 20 years of age)’s appearance, which is viewed as the date, time, and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), with a view to taking the form of his/her mobile phone with his/her mobile phone, and intrusions on the side of female toilets over 24 times in total from August 2019 to December 14:56, 2019 by the foregoing method, as described in attached Table 2.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on women's toilets, which are public use places used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.
