When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2018, at around 00:43, the Defendant, while drunk in his/her own residence located in Busan Northern-gu B, called “a person who died” by 112, a telephone for reporting a crime against the National Police Agency using his/her mobile phone.

A false report on an unclaimed crime was made.
