A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2018, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) was drunk in “Ding practice hall” located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, and without any justifiable reason, for the Victim E (V) (V) who is a singinger; (b) “Ih, Ga; Hah, male low-age and aging; and

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the operation of singing by the victimized person by force from around 01:10 on the same day.
