Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court on March 14, 2005, a fine of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court on February 9, 201, a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on February 9, 201, and a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court on July 19, 201.
On March 14, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the B Atop car without a mandatory insurance policy until the second quarter of 24 km, which is located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu New-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Do Do Do 24 km in the first quarter of 24 km.
As a result, the Defendant operated a mandatory insurance without a driver's license, and was punished twice or more due to a drunk driving without a driver's license, and driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
