Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CF rocketing car.

On July 17, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven the above vehicle and driven the two-dimensional Highway 22.0 km from Incheon to the inner side of the two-lane.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely check the right and the right of the front side.

Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the victim D suffered injury to the right shoulder and the sprink of the arms, etc., the victim H(56 years of age) who was on the top of the damaged vehicle, about 4 weeks of the injury to the 8, 9 cryp cryp, etc., including cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp, and the victim F, respectively, the victim F, with approximately 2 weeks of the injury, such as cryp cryp cryp cryp and tension, which require approximately 8,108,870 won of the repair cost, and the damage was inflicted on the victim D-owned EF Lap car in excess of 1,143,960 won of the repair cost.

2. On July 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) around 14:10, the Defendant driven a vehicle without a driver’s license and a CF rocketing car at approximately 20km from the 20km section to the 22.0km point of the 22.0km in the luminous-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

3. The Defendant of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, around 14:10 on July 17, 2014, is in a luminous-dong around 90 Mozers located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
