Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall provide for the distribution or use of, or display or keep for, a game product which has not been rated, and no one shall exchange, exchange, arrange for, or repurchase a tangible or intangible result (referring to points, free gifts, and virtual currency used in a game which is prescribed by Presidential Decree and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree) obtained through the use of a game product for a business purpose.
1. The Defendants’ joint criminal acts F, in light of the following: (a) the actual proprietor of the game room with no trade name on G 1st century; (b) Defendant A, in the vicinity of the game room, reported the network and exchanged the game money in cash, etc. to customers; (c) Defendant B, in the event of crackdown on the game room, entered the cash received from customers into the game money in the name of the actual owner; and (d) Defendant B, in the event of crackdown, planned to make a statement as if they were the main owner of the game; and (c) H, in the event of converting them into the game money, converted the cash received from customers into the game money; (d) conduct the game; and (e) conduct coffees or tobacco hearts; and (e) notified them that there was a customer demanding money exchange to A; and (e) conspired to play the role of employees of the game hall of the game hall of this case
Defendants, F, and H provide a game with no trade name on G-1 floor between May 9, 201 and May 23:3, 201 from May 13, 2011 to May 23:3:4, 201; the sea-to-air game machine 40, which has not been classified as a rating; and the game room has been installed by many unspecified customers who have found the game room, with a card filled with money on the game machine, and contact with the game machine and execute it; 100 points are deducted if the number of unspecified customers who opened the said card is short of money on the game machine; and 10 points are short of one thrower; and 30 points are deducted on the screen.
