Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On September 2, 2011, A was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on September 2, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the first school of the North Korean Dos on October 6, 2015.
1. No one shall provide the Defendants with tangible or intangible results (referring to points, free gifts, virtual currency used in a game and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree) acquired through the use of game water for distribution or use, or exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase of game products for business purposes;
Nevertheless, on June 10, 2016, the Defendants conspired to provide customers with the “sea camping machine”, which is a game machine not classified as a class, in order to use the game room in cash, and to exchange the points they obtain as a result. Defendant A, from June 10, 2016, is in charge of the overall management after renting the above game room. Defendant B and Defendant C are in charge of managing customers in the same day and exchange work. Defendant D and Defendant E, from June 17, 2016, performed each role in the game room business, such as cleaning, customer management, and exchange exchange work.
According to the above division of roles, the Defendants, along with the above division of roles from June 10, 2016 to February 2, 2016, keep 100 games with 100 games with “sea-to-sea-to-sea” games not classified by the Game Water Management Committee, and indicate the place as “10,000 points” on the clopt if an unspecified number of customers finding the place input KRW 10,00 to the cash inputs KRW 10,00,000 to the cash input, and in this case, if they proceed with a game in a manner that deducts 10,00 points each time of the game, the points obtained shall be accumulated in the clopt, and the points obtained therefrom shall be 5,00 points.
