Defendant

B is the illegal aliens of Cambodia's nationality, and Defendant A is the one who has naturalization from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, and operates a singing room in Daegu-si E, and Defendant B and Defendant A are the one-year relationship.

1. Defendant A (Establishment of Gambling Place) had the mind that Defendant A would open a gambling place for profit against Cambodia workers working in the Gambromanian working in the Daegu Seongbuk Industrial Complex while entering the Republic of Korea from Cambodia as above.
