1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
However, the above defendant shall be sentenced to the above defendant for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A, from October 10, 2019 to October 11, 2019, from around 22:00 to around 02:30 on October 11, 2019, had the participants in gambling with a tent in the I nearby I located in Jeju-si and gather them, and let them do gambling in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph A, and make them do so each time under the name of gambling equipment.
