A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized [2017 order 2181] Nos. 3 through 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 25, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the astronomical Prison on November 15, 2014, and is not a narcotics handler.

[20:00 on April 10, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the mematic drugs, a mematic mental medicine, at the male toilet of Busan subway 20:00 on April 10, 2017.

2. On October 2015, the Defendant received 50,000 won of Handphones from F in early 2015 from F, and sent approximately 0.7 g of Handphones from F in I Station ( BusanJ) to K handphones, and around 19:50 on October 3, 2015, the Defendant had F receive it from F in L Station (M) cargo counter.
