A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized heading 1 to 4 of the 2017 Highest 1842 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on January 10, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence.

Despite the fact that the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, “2017 Highest 1842, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) in a single-use PC toilet located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant administered philopon by means of inserting approximately 0.05g of Melopon into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with water; and (c) injected it into a human blood transfusion.

2. On March 21, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of philophone into a single-use PC toilet located in Geum-gu, Busan; (b) dumped with water; and (c) administered philophones in a way of injecting them into the sponnosis.

3. On March 23, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g philopon into a single-use injection machine at the office located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government C, and dilution with water, and administering philopons in a way of injecting them into the blood cells.

4. On March 24, 2017, around 10:25, the Defendant: (a) carried a phiphone in a manner in which “F” telephone 308 heading rooms located in Busan Seo-gu E by dividing it into three vinyl 4.38g and inserting it into three plastic bags.

Although the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, on February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred one million won of the philopon price from the G Ghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
