1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,672,390 and KRW 40,866,270 among the Plaintiff and KRW 12% per annum from September 8, 2016 to October 10, 2016.
Reasons
1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts such as the entry of the reasons for the claim in the annexed sheet are recognized.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of principal and interest of KRW 41,672,390 and the principal of KRW 40,866,270,00, based on the agreed rate of 12% per annum from September 8, 2016 to October 10, 2016, the delivery date of the complaint in this case, and delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
