1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,921,306 and KRW 72,981,435 among the Plaintiff and KRW 12% per annum from May 23, 2014 to August 31, 2015.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including various numbers), since the facts are recognized as identical to the entries in the grounds for the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the principal and interest on indemnity of KRW 73,921,306 and the principal and interest on subrogation of KRW 72,981,435, the following day from May 23, 2014 to August 31, 2015; 12% per annum from September 1, 2015 to May 10, 2016, the delivery date of the complaint in this case; and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
